Vivien T. Thomas Medical Arts Academy is a Baltimore City Public High School that offers Career and Technology Education Programs in the Allied Health Sciences.  One of the offered programs is the Dental Assistant Program.  Students who successfully complete the program graduate with a high school diploma and as a Certified Dental Assistant.  The school is equiped with a state of the art Dental Laboratory with three clinical stations and Xray machines.  We are one of the few public schools across the country to offer a Dental Assistant Program and the only public school in Baltimore City that offers a Certified Dental Assistant Program.
