A unique DESS production process. Compatibilities and Finishes What makes our Custom Abutment different? The answer is simple: it is of the very highest quality, fully mechanized, with no sintered parts and without pre-milled blanks. Thanks to a unique production system not found anywhere else, we can guarantee the quality of the implant connection as good as in the DESS standard product range. The upper section can also benefit from our patented SelectGrip® surface, to improve the grip in cemented crowns. DESS LAB custom abutments are supplied with the exact screw, used for the respective implant brand, and is totally interchangeable. DESS Libraries for EXOCAD®, 3 SHAPE®  & DENTAL WINGS® In accordance with our company’s philosophy, at DESS LAB we want to take a major leap forward in terms of services and products. Knowing that CAD/CAM technologies are indispensable nowadays, DESS LAB offers its clients a set of libraries allowing the design of prosthetic solutions on both, DESS Ti bases and screw retained structures for Multi-units® and UniAbutments®.
