COSMETIC SURGERY
It’s natural to want brighter teeth! Whiter teeth are healthier looking, and easier to achieve than most people think. The only way to get your teeth their whitest is by using a professionally supervised bleaching process.
BOTOX
Botox® is a nonsurgical treatment that smoothes moderate to severe worry lines, crow’s feet, and laugh lines. Made of purified protein, this FDA-approved treatment effectively reduces the activity of the muscles that cause aging facial lines. Botox® is administered through quick and comfortable injections, and results last up to four months!
FAST BRACES
The Fastbraces® Technology patented bracket design uses unique, triangular shaped braces that allow for the use of just one super-elastic nickel-titanium wire during the treatment process. This brace technology works on an entirely different mechanical principle altogether. Historically, old braces would move the crown of the tooth in the first year, and the root of the tooth in the second year.
INVISALIGN
It’s true! With Invisalign™ it is possible to have straight teeth in as little as 9 – 15 months, whether you have overcrowding, widely spaced teeth, overbite, underbite, or crossbite. The clear plastic custom-made aligners are replaced every two weeks, and no metal or wires means less time in the chair getting adjustments. No braces, wires, or headgear are required! This means no mouth irritation, and even better, no one will know you’re straightening your teeth because – it’s invisible! The Invisalign™ system is easily removable so you can not only eat and drink what you want while in treatment, brushing and flossing are no problem! Join the quarter million patients who have already discovered the joy of straightened teeth – invisibly!
SNAP-ON SMILE Dentistry
Snap-On Smile® is a non-invasive cosmetic, removable full or partial arch that literally snaps right over the patient’s existing dentition without impinging on the gingival tissue or covering the palate. Entirely tooth-borne, no adhesives are required and patients are free to eat, drink and function normally without obstruction. Many dentists regard temporization as one of the most difficult aspects of full-mouth restoration. Snap-On Smile is not only an excellent provisional, it also provides patients exceptional aesthetics. It can last for years, yet is affordable enough to be temporary. For patients who are hesitant to commit to more involved restoration treatments, Snap-On Smile offers the experience of living with better function and superior aesthetics.
DIGITAL SERVICES
Introducing digital imaging, available at our practice. With this technology, an image is taken of your mouth with a digital sensor and downloaded into our computer, where it is immediately available.
CEREC ONE-VISIT DENTISTRY
Welcome to dentistry in the 21st century! We are pleased to offer crowns made with CEREC™, a highly precise computer milling machine that makes crowns right in the office, in about an hour. No more temporaries, additional visits, or crowns that don’t seem to fit right. Just because CEREC crowns are convenient and aesthetically desirable doesn’t mean you have to give up function. These modern restorations dramatically reduce cracking, lowering the likelihood of needing future root canal treatment. Due to the custom design and precise fit, CEREC restorations are bonded to the tooth with the optimum strength available. We are pleased to be among one of the first in our community to offer crowns with the CEREC machine. If you have ever had a crown placed the traditional way, we are sure you will notice the difference!
LASER CAVITY TREATMENT
The Laser Scanner can find cavities years earlier, when the small cavity can be removed and repaired with a small invisible bonded filling. Sometimes patients complain of tooth sensitivity, or mild to severe pain, yet X-rays and examination cannot pinpoint the source. The laser scanner can detect previously undetected decay and, once identified, allow us to remove the discomfort and leave you with a healthy smile
LASER PERIO THERAPY
We are licensed to practice Laser Periodontal Therapy™, a minimally invasive method of treating gum disease. LPT is the only laser-assisted procedure certified by the FDA for treatment of periodontitis or gum disease. You may have heard about or experienced the remarkable results from laser treatments for vision correction and other medical procedures. Now that same technology is revolutionizing dentistry! Healing and recovery are generally faster and more comfortable following LPT than traditional gum surgery. If you’ve been told you need gum surgery, but have been putting it off, let us show you how easy your treatment can be.
MIGRAINE & TENSION HEADACHE TREATMENT
Do You Regularly Suffer From Tension or Even Migraine Headaches?
You may have heard Diane Sawyer discuss this on Good Morning America, or maybe you’ve seen this in People magazine. The FDA approved a drug-free treatment for the prevention of migraine and tension headaches. This little miracle is called the NTI™ device, and it’s now available in our practice. It works by relaxing the muscles under the scalp and preventing the majority of headaches. Clinical trials showed that 82% of migraine sufferers achieved a 77% reduction in migraine events. It’s painless, fast, and NOT expensive. If you experience migraines or know someone who does then be sure to ask us about this exciting new treatment.
ORAL CANCER SCREENING
Did you know that one American dies every hour from oral cancer? And the mortality rate has remained virtually unchanged for 40 years? The good news is that there’s a 90% cure rate if it’s detected early. We are very pleased to provide one of the most effective oral cancer screenings available today. VELscope™ is the newest FDA-approved oral cancer screening system. We perform the exam using the specially designed light. Any suspicious tissue is immediately and easily visible. This screening could literally save your life!
PERIODONTAL DISEASE TREATMENT
Gum disease is a condition that often goes unnoticed because it may not produce any obvious symptoms until it becomes an emergency. Gum disease, also known as gingivitis, is reversible, if caught early enough. However, if left untreated, it can lead to destructive periodontal disease, which can lead to tooth loss and cause other detrimental health effects such as heart attacks, strokes, and diabetes
SLEEP APNEA
Are you or a loved one unable to get a good night’s sleep because of snoring or sleep apnea? We have a simple, effective way to treat not only snoring but sleep apnea that is an alternative to the bulky CPAP machine. Our dental device you wear at night can reduce annoying snoring and sleep apnea without surgery or medication. You CAN sleep better! Just ask us how.
