Dental services

General Dental and Preventative Care
Professional cleans remove plaque and tartar that brushing can’t reach, helping prevent decay and gum disease while keeping your smile bright. Fillings repair cavities and restore tooth strength, and we use quality composite materials for a natural look. For those playing contact sports, our custom mouthguards help cushion impacts and protect your teeth. If you grind or clench during sleep, our custom dental splints can reduce wear, cracks and jaw discomfort. We also offer fissure sealants to protect deep grooves in molars, particularly for patients at higher risk of decay. Dentures are an affordable way to replace missing teeth and support clear speech, chewing and gum health, and we guide you through the entire process. We also focus on gum health, treating early gum disease and identifying more advanced issues before they lead to tooth loss. For patients looking to improve smile symmetry, gum contouring can reshape excess gum tissue with immediate results and minimal recovery.

Dental Emergencies
We understand that dental emergencies require urgent attention, so we always keep space available for patients needing prompt care. Treatment will vary depending on the situation and may involve prescribing medication, performing procedures such as root canals or dental bonding, re-implanting a knocked-out tooth, adjusting or repairing dentures, draining abscesses or cleaning wounds.

Invisalign Treatment
Say goodbye to the era of bulky metal braces. Invisalign and other clear aligners can offer a more comfortable and discreet way to straighten your teeth. Whether the treatment is for your teenager or for yourself, clear aligners provide advantages that traditional braces don’t. Their near-invisible design lets you enjoy your daily routine with little interruption while your smile improves. For tailored advice, get in touch with your local dentist in Diamond Creek.

Teeth Whitening
We offer two professional teeth whitening options to help brighten your smile. Our in-chair Zoom treatment provides fast results using a light-activated bleaching system, completed by our dental team in a single visit that can take up to two hours. You’ll also receive a custom retainer and take-home kit for easy top-ups. If you prefer a gentler, more flexible approach, our take-home whitening system lets you apply the gel in your own time using a custom-fitted retainer made from digital scans. Worn for around 10–15 minutes over two weeks, it offers controlled whitening and added gum protection compared with store-bought products.

Veneers
Porcelain veneers are a cosmetic option that can enhance the appearance of your teeth and elevate your smile. At Dentessence, we follow a simple three-step process. Your complimentary consultation gives us the chance to understand your goals, assess your oral health and determine whether veneers are suitable. We then create a personalised plan outlining the treatment and associated fees. When you’re ready to begin, we prepare the teeth by removing a very thin layer of enamel to help the veneers bond securely. Impressions or scans are taken, and our local ceramist crafts custom veneers designed to look natural and complement your smile. Once fitted, we’ll guide you through the aftercare needed to keep them looking their best. Regular checkups and professional cleans help maintain both your veneers and your overall oral health.
