Tooth Extractions
Sometimes, teeth need to be removed due to decay, disease, or trauma. When you get a tooth “pulled,” it’s called an extraction.
Dental Fillings
A dental filling is a dental procedure used to restore part of a tooth that has been damaged by decay. The goal with a filling is to remove the decayed area, clean it well, and “fill” the space with a material, returning the tooth to its normal shape and, hopefully, normal function.
Dentures
In some cases, a tooth can be repaired or replaced. However, when several teeth have been affected, either partial dentures or full dentures are often the most logical solution.
Crowns
A dental crown is a dental restoration used to cover a tooth that is decayed or damaged. They can also be used to protect a weak tooth from future damage. Dental crowns can be made from porcelain, metal, or another strong material.
Bridges
A dental bridge is a treatment that can be used when a tooth has been lost. A bridge requires an implant on either side of the missing tooth. The bridge is then attached to the implants, and false teeth are fitted to the bridge.
