Dr. Khanani earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine where he graduated magna cum laude. Shortly after obtaining his degree, Dr. Khanani moved to New York City to complete his general practice residency at the Harlem Hospital Center, an affiliate of Columbia University, where he was awarded "Resident of the Year" for his excellence in clinical skills and patient management. Throughout the course of his residency, Dr. Khanani gained valuable skills in general and cosmetic dentistry as well as management of medically compromised patients and treating patients in the emergency and operating room. After completing his residency, Dr. Khanani moved back to Massachusetts to continue providing outstanding dental care in his home state. He is dedicated to continuing education, and is currently taking courses in implant education with Implant Pathways, and he is also a member of a local Spear Study Club.
