Baking Soda
Baking Soda is considered the best home remedy for tooth abscess and that’s the reason we are discussing it at first place. Baking soda is something that you can find almost in every kitchen. It is not just a good bleaching agent for teeth but it also helps in killing germs and infections in the teeth.

In case of tooth abscess, you can try baking soda home remedies for tooth abscess. Take a teaspoon of baking soda and dip your toothbrush in it and start brushing your teeth or simply make a paste of baking soda and water and apply it on the infected tooth and leave it there for at least two minutes. And then rinse with warm water. You will get an instant relief from the toothache and by repeating this process at least three times a day, you will also get relief from tooth abscess.

For extra effect, you can mix salt in the baking soda and apply that with the help of toothbrush or finger onto the affected tooth. Salt will also help in killing the germs and bacteria and hence it will help in healing the infection in the abscessed tooth.

Salt Water

Hydrogen Peroxide

In half cup of water, mix 4 to 5 drops of hydrogen peroxide and swish with this mixture for at least a minute and then spit it out. Don’t swallow it at any case because it can be dangerous for stomach. Swishing with hydrogen peroxide solution will kill bacteria and you will get relief from abscess tooth and swollen gums. If you don’t get considerable results, you can repeat the process for three or four times in a day.
