Dental Braces
A procedure where you correct certain types of abnormal bitesor what we call MALOCCLUSIONS. Do you have crooked, crowded or misaligned teeth? Maybe you need orthodontic treatment. To give you an idea: Dental braces are designed to help, an orthodontist or a dentist practicing orthodontics, correct certain types of abnormal bites (or what we call "MALOCCLUSIONS") such as an OVERBITE, CROWDED TEETH and GAPPED TEETH. The types of braces you'll need depends on the type and severity of your malocclusion. Here are the types of Dental Braces: TRADITIONAL BRACES - they are made from a high-grade stainless steel and have metal brackets that are attached to each tooth using a type of cement. CERAMIC BRACES - these work in the same way as traditional braces, but the brackets are made from a clear, transparent ceramic material. The braces are less visible to others, which makes them a popular choice for adults who need orthodontic treatment. SELF-LIGATING BRACES - this type of braces provides gentler treatment and requires fewer dental visits. These braces produce faster results because the teeth can move on their own without needing to be adjusted. This causes less friction and pressure on the teeth, so movement is less painful.
