4. Avoid Sugary Foods
During the course of the day, we often eat sugary foods. The sugar present in the food converts into acid in the mouth and can easily erode the enamel of the teeth. This led to the cavities in the mouth Therefore we need to be very careful while eating these sort of foods.
5. Drink water as a saviour
Water considers being the source of life and also acting as a savior in maintaining oral health as well. Drinking water throughout the day will help in washing out the sticky and other food residues that may accumulate in our mouth and cause serious health concern in the long run.
6. Meet your Dentist regularly
It has been viewed that we see a dentist only in emergency cases like when there is a pain in our teeth or when other oral health issue arises. Medical experts are of the opinion that we should see doctor at least twice a year for a regular health check-up. The dentist will able to check up for any cavities and other oral health issues.
