Since opening in 2001, Ocean Pointe Business Centre (OPBC) has been providing serviced offices, a business lounge, conference facilities and administrative services to local companies on the Semiahmoo Peninsula. In 2012, Katherine De Vita acquired the business and has been operating it along with Susan Laurio, Office Manager ever since.Through the many years, OPBC has had the privilege of being a professional support to over 300 local and internationally - based companies, ranging from new start-ups to established firms.
All-business, but with a boutique feel, OPBC has been offering companies full-time furnished office space, supportive administrative services, as well as the ever-popular Virtual Office structure, which has been so well received during the COVID–19 pandemic.
