Dr. Bruce Hicke
Oral Surgeon
Dr. Hicke received his DDS degree from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry, after graduating from San Jose State University. Dr. Hicke also served as a Resident, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in New York, prior to returning to California.
A frequent published author including articles in Oral Implantology, and multiple award winner for achievement in Dental Science, Dr. Hicke is a prominent expert in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Hicke resides in Southern California with his wife Kathryn and is father to three daughters.
Dr. Michele Pavlisin
Dentist, TMJ Specialist
Dr. Pavlisin is dedicated to providing excellent patient care. The combination of her dental expertise and her gentle, caring nature serves her patients well. She has a passion for the art of creating natural, healthy smiles.
After achieving her DDS degree from the University of Illinois in 1984, she has continued to study advances in dentistry by attending the prestigious Pankey Institute and the Piper Institute of Advanced Dental Education. Dr. Pavlisin has had extensive training in cosmetics and TMJ dysfunction, or jaw joint problems. Dr. Pavlisin is an Associate Clinical Professor at Western University Health Sciences Dental School in Pomona, CA. She not only shares her dental knowledge with students but she has donated her dental skills on several occasions at the LA Care Harbor events and in local locations as well as in Mexico for the underserved.
Dr. K.A. Moldenhauer
Periodontist
Dr. K.A. Moldenhauer received her D.D.S. degree from Northwestern University Dental School. She earned her Post-Doctoral Specialty in Periodontics from the University of Illinois-Chicago, while at the same time completing a Master of Science degree in Histology.
She is a member of the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association. She has been named as a fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
She is continually updating her credentials to provide her patients with the very latest, and the very best, in surgical techniques and cosmetic procedures.
She has a reputation for administering treatment with an individualized, caring approach to each patient’s needs and their comfort in our state-of-the-art dental facility.
Dr. Steve Fountain
Implant Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Laser Dentistry
Dr. Fountain has been a member of this community for over 30 years. He earned an associates degree as a Radiologic Technologist at Chaffey Community College and worked his way through school at San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland. Dr. Fountain graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a major in Biology in 2000 and graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2004 with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery.
Dr. Fountain has hundreds of hours of post doctorate training in Implant dentistry, Cosmetic dentistry, Endodontics and is also an Invisalign provider. He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Dr. Fountain has a passion for providing quality dentistry and has a gentle, caring nature. Outside of the office he enjoys surfing, skiing and most of all spending time with his family.
Dr. Thomas Spinosa

DR. Thomas Spinosa is professionally skilled at all phases of orthodontics including straight wire traditional braces, Invisalign clear aligners, and Orthognathic surgery; also known as corrective jaw surgery.

Dr. Jenny Wong, DMD, MD
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Dr. Wong is committed to providing the highest level of dental care to each of her patients. She received her Doctorate in Medicine (MD) from the Keck School of Medicine, and completed her residency in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at USC Medical Center. Prior to that, she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD with Great Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan.
Dr. Wong has advanced training and knowledge in oral and maxillofacial surgery. She is dedicated to continued education and sharing her advanced knowledge with students in the dentistry field. She is currently a clinical instructor at the Keck School of Medicine of USC and an adjacent assistant professor of clinical dentistry at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC.
Dr. Vijay Patel

Dr. Patel is part of a Southern California tradition of dental comfort and care. He is a 1979 graduate of Government Dental School, and has dedicated his career to providing you and your family with the best that dentistry has to offer.
Dr. Patel is continually educating himself and his staff on the newest techniques and approaches, in order to serve you with advanced, state-of-the-art, comfortable, personalized and antiseptic dental care.
Dr. Patel has completed numerous courses in implant dentistry, laser dentistry, prosthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Laser Dentistry, the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology.
Dr. Patel has a caring and generous heart. He shows this by giving his time, energy and money to community outreach such as “Give Kids a Smile”—an event where underprivileged children receive pro bono dental work. Dr. Patel serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of “Give Kids a Smile.”
