Led by Dr. Cappy Sinclair, Coastal Cosmetic Dentistry is dedicated to providing patients in Virginia Beach with expert cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Sinclair listens to help you achieve that healthy and beautiful smile that you deserve.
Dr. Sinclair’s career began as an art conservator, where he was primarily focused on restoring damaged painting and sculptures for museums. He discovered that many of the attributes he enjoyed about conservation also applied to cosmetic dentistry. Plus, there was the added benefit of working directly with people.
Dr. Sinclair earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has spent additional time in postgraduate training, studying under renowned leaders in functional and esthetic dentistry, and he now leads a study club educating fellow dentists about those functional and cosmetic principles he learned at the Dawson Academy. Dr. Sinclair currently serves as a board member for the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and in a clinical role as a product evaluator for Contemporary Product Solutions and 3m ESPE.
Dr. Sinclair is a Virginia Beach native and is committed to giving back to the community. He is passionate about local business and the arts, serving as the past president of Buy Fresh Buy Local Hampton Roads, and serving on the Board for Towne Bank, The Museum of Contemporary Art, and The Old Beach Farmer’s Market.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ivy League-educated Dr. Reichley decided to join Coastal Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry because of his pressing desire to deliver the greatest dentistry to his patients at the absolute highest level possible. From the moment he first collaborated with Dr. Sinclair and realized they shared this same passion for patient-driven clinical excellence, he knew Coastal was the perfect match. He’s excited to provide his patients with a unique and exceptional patient experience all within a 5-star world class setting.
Dr. Reichley received his formal training at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine. After receiving his DMD, he served as a dental officer in the U.S. Navy for 4 years completing 2 humanitarian deployments taking him to countries in Central America, Western Africa, the Mediterranean, and the Baltic Sea. Upon his honorable discharge from the Armed Services, Dr. Reichley spent almost a decade working in private practice where he found a passion for implant dentistry. Driven by desire, he has completed advanced training in the placement and restoring of dental implants and has been awarded fellowship credentials in the International Congress of Oral Implantology for demonstrating proficiency and excellence in implant surgery. Always wanting to provide his patients with the best treatment outcomes, Dr. Reichley has also obtained advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and root canal therapy.
