Dr. Alex Poole is a native of Greensboro. He is a graduate of South East Guilford High School and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1991. He achieved a residency certificate in general practice from the Ralph Henry Johnson Veterans Administration Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina.
