Dr. Raj Upadya

Dr. Raj Upadya is a general dentist in East Hanover, New Jersey. He is one of the most highly trained and qualified dentists in the East Hanover Park area, focusing on advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry procedures.
In addition to being a general dentist, Dr. Upadya is also an educator and mentor to dentists all over the country through his affiliations with The Dawson Academy and local New Jersey dental organizations.
Dr. Upadya believes strongly in the Dawson Academy Complete Care philosophy, WIDIOM, which means “Would I Do It On Me”. Dr. Upadya only performs dental treatments that he believes are necessary and will be long-lasting for patients.

Dr. Upadya is the director of the Dawson Academy’s location in the Northeast, providing training and postgraduate coursework for dental professionals. Following the Dawson Academy curriculum, Dr. Upadya and associates teach the principles of Complete Dentistry to dentists and office staff. This provides a foundation for a comprehensive approach to patient care, more specifically bite related disorders affecting the health and function of the occlusal system.
Dental Training & Education
Dr. Raj Upadya is a native of Princeton, New Jersey. He is an alum of the Hun School of Princeton and Rutgers University. He completed his graduate training at the acclaimed University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
After finishing dental school at Penn, Dr. Upadya completed his General Practice Residency at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center and then served as Chief Resident in the Department of Dentistry.
Dr. Upadya is committed to advanced education and training. He broadened his cosmetic dentistry education at the University of California Los Angeles Aesthetic Continuum, where he completed a rigorous certification in comprehensive esthetic dentistry.
At the Dawson Academy for Advanced Dental Study, Dr. Upadya underwent extensive prosthodontics training allowing him to treat the most complex dental problems. He is now on the faculty at the Dawson Academy where he teaches dentists from all over the world.

Dr. Ira Goldberg
Dentist
Dr. Ira Goldberg has been practicing implant dentistry for over 22 years, having trained under some of the biggest names in dental implants. Dr. Goldberg is passionate about implantology and is active in the dental implant community: he lectures to other dentists about dental implants and offers dental implant seminars for both prospective patients and colleagues. He is currently a board member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
The world of dental implantology combines three critical disciplines: placement, restoration, & maintenance. Dr. Goldberg has advanced knowledge in all of them. This is one reason why so many implant patients seek out his care. A primary patient concern is they don’t want to be referred to multiple offices, and they want one office to take care of their needs.

Dr. Anthony Pinadella
Dentist
Anthony Pinadella, DMD, attended West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia from 1985-1987. He gained early admission to the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey, where he graduated in 1991 with a Doctor of Medical Dentistry Degree.
With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Pinadella has trained under two prominent prosthodontists during his career. Dr.Pinadella’s training has been primarily focused in crown and bridge, prosthodontics and endodontics. He also has considerable training in cosmetic dentistry and implant prosthodontics.
Dr. Pinadella has accumulated many hours of continuing education, the highlights of which is Invisalign training; implant training with Nobel Biocare, and numerous courses in aesthetic dentistry. He has achieved Dawson scholar status, which requires completing the full core curriculum at the Dawson Academy in Florida and Virginia
