Dr Kelvin Luk completed his dental degree at the University of Melbourne in 2017. He is of a gentle and calm demeanour, always taking the time to understand his patient’s concerns. Being a strong believer in evidence-based dentistry, he strives to achieve the best possible long-term outcome for his patients. Dr Kelvin enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular interest in Oral surgery and Endodontics.

Dr JY completed the Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Melbourne before relocating to Ballarat. It was there that he worked with lovely mentors who taught him that the art of dentistry goes beyond teeth. JY has now returned to Melbourne, and along with Dr Kelvin Luk, founded Officer Smiles.
