Natalie Martinez-Rogers, DMD
General Dentist, Owner
Dr. Rogers is a first generation American, born to Cuban immigrants in New Jersey. She was always passionate about science and biology, but uncertain about where that would take her. In her final year of high school, she was invited by her own dentist to assist in her practice. This was her introduction to the world of dentistry and so a new passion began.
She achieved her undergraduate degree at Cornell University in upstate New York and enrolled in the Harvard School of Dental Medicine immediately after, graduating in 2008. During her time in dental school she was honored to be a recipient of the Mass Health Access Award, placing her in a position in a community health center in the two years following graduation. Simultaneously during her time there and the four years to follow, Dr. Rogers practiced in the private practice setting in two offices in Massachusetts. In March 2014, Dr. Rogers relocated to the Charlotte area with her family. After practicing locally for a short time she decided that she was truly ready to settle down and start her own practice, Queen City Dental!
Dr. Rogers met her husband while they were both graduate students in Boston; they were married in 2004. They have a 3 year old son and a daughter born earlier this year. Their family is completed by their four dogs.
During her free time, Dr. Rogers enjoys playing and spending time with her two children, reading books and running with her dogs. She is looking forward to getting back into shape for the next race season!
As a provider, Dr. Rogers' focus is on whole family dentistry, treating patients of all ages. It is her honor to provide the highest quality, most ethical and comprehensive care possible, and also to get to know her patients as friends. She very much looks forward to meeting you!
Brittany Blanton, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Brittany's interest in dentistry began when she was twelve years old, leading her to move to Charlotte nearly seven years ago for hygiene school. She completed her program at Central Piedmont Community College in 2010, immediately going to work. She joined Queen City Dental in November 2015.
Brittany grew up in Ellenboro, NC with her four younger brothers. She recently purchased her first home in Concord, which she shares with her Maltese dog, Bitsy. She looks forward to continuing to treat her current patients, and also having the opportunity to meet new ones!
Soledad Paniagua, DAII
Dental Assistant
Soledad is a bilingual Mexican-American. She was born in Los Angelos, CA and moved to Morganton, NC with her family at ten years old. After high school, she enrolled at Western Piedmont Community College to complete her dental assisting degree.
Soledad loves to spend her free time with her family and boyfriend, and volunteering at her church. She recently moved to Charlotte to begin her career. She looks forward to meeting all of our patients and getting to know them!
Teresa Moore
Office Manager
Always happy to greet our patients with a smile, Teresa has been in dentistry for over 28 years. She and her husband Roger have one son, Dylan, and two furry friends: Molly, a Jack Russell mix who things she is the boss, and Blue, a Great Dane. Teresa enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Jenifer Queen
Front Desk, Reception
Jenifer was born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC. A wanderlust at heart, she studied languages at Harding University in Searcy, AR and has spent several years traveling and teaching English abroad. She loves meeting new people and learning new things and is excited to get to know all of our patients at Queen City Dental.
