Dr. Leo A. Haydt IV
DENTIST
Dr. Leo A. Haydt IV was born in Mountain Top, PA and moved to Raleigh with his family in 1996. He attended Millbrook High School and then moved on to North Carolina State University, where he graduated with a B.S. in biological sciences.
Dr. Leo then moved to Boston, where he graduated from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. During his four years at Boston University, he went on several rotations, learning advancements in dentistry such as implants, CEREC restorations, and oral surgery techniques. Also while attending Boston University, he won the prestigious Student Award of Merit from the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry for his cosmetic work.
Presently, Dr. Leo spends his time practicing at his Raleigh dental office and advancing his knowledge of dentistry through continuing education courses. He spends his free time golfing, pulling for NC State, and hanging out with his family.

Dr. Alexandra Wexler
DENTIST
Dr. Alexandra Wexler (Dr. Alex) received her undergraduate training at Central Washington University. She holds a BA in biology with a minor in chemistry and psychology and received her DMD from Midwestern University School of Dental Medicine. She joined our practice in 2017 and is excited to be a part of the Tryon Family Dentistry team!
Dr. Alex was born in Orange County, CA and raised in Seattle, WA. She moved to Arizona for dental school, where she married a classmate who is a military dentist. She relocated to North Carolina in 2017, which she now considers to be her hometown.
Dr. Alex enjoys working with her amazing and friendly team each day. The cutting edge technology used in our office allows her to expand her dental training and education while she provides the highest quality patient care.
When she’s not at Tryon Family Dentistry, she can be found exploring her new state of North Carolina with her husband. She also enjoys hiking and relaxing with family and friends.
