Dentaltown is a community—the largest dental community in the world, now with more than 240,000 members registered. The best part? Everything is completely free for students, residents and new graduates. Consider Dentaltown your sounding board among your peers—and only your peers; Dentaltown is a private community of dentists and dental professionals. That means you can talk about everything, such as recommended root-canal techniques, favorite whitening products, how to handle the everyday troubles faced in a dental practice, or even your last CrossFit workout. Many members who meet on Dentaltown become lifelong friends—and enjoy the benefits of being a “Townie.” One of those great benefits: When you join our community today, you’ll receive a free subscription to our monthly Dentaltown print edition. (Just one of our gifts to you.)

Aesthetic Dentistry
Aesthetic dentistry procedures help to improve the appearance of your teeth. These include: Teeth whitening This removes stains on enamel and lightens pigmentation by up to eight shades. Whiteness depends on degree of discolouration and whether your teeth are stained by ageing, food, nicotine or root canal treatment. The process is safe, speedy and dependable. Tooth coloured white fillings These create an appealing and natural look. They are strong and durable and can be as good as or better than your own teeth! Veneers Translucent veneers and bonding materials can conceal many imperfections. Are your teeth stained, chipped or cracked? Look totally natural with any of these custom-made restorations. Are your teeth slightly crowded, uneven or irregular? We can refashion your smile… without braces!

Root canal treatment is the only way to save your teeth when the tooth pulp (which contains nerves and blood vessels) becomes infected or damaged because of deep decay or an injury. Root canal treatment is done in one or two visits, depending on the condition of the tooth. It is advisable to crown a tooth following root canal treatment.

Dental implants are artificial tooth supports, which are surgically set in the jaw and can replace any number of missing teeth. They are used in any combination, ranging from a single implant to replace a missing tooth, a bridge to replace multiple missing teeth, or dentures to replace all upper and/or lower missing teeth.

Oral Surgery
Surgical procedures include extraction, removal of impacted third molars and emergency care such as minor maxilla-facial trauma. Complex surgical cases are usually handled by our experienced in-house maxillofacial surgeon.

Orthodontics (Braces)
Our orthodontic services deal with the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of dental and facial irregularities through the application of a variety of appliances for straightening the teeth. More complex orthodontic treatment may require referral to an orthodontist, which our team can provide.
