1.  Wear your aligners all of the time. Like any good habit, adjusting and adopting to changes to your daily routine takes time.  Fortunately, quite a few of our patients have told us that within one to two weeks of wearing their aligners full-time, they are more comfortable wearing them than not. Wearing your aligners full time means that you have them in for 22 hours per day at least.  They should only be removed for 2 hours total per day so that you can brush your teeth, drink and eat.  You will be able to tell when the movements of your teeth are progressive when your new aligner sets fit on your teeth comfortably.  By contrast, failing to wear them full-time may cause each of your new sets of aligners to progressively fit worse.  Eventually that will require that new scans or impressions be done in order to make your aligners.  That will prolong your treatment time.   That is why you are highly encouraged to wear your aligners diligently.    2.  Bite down on "chewies You will obtain the best results for your Invisalign treatment when your fit perfectly fit into each aligner before moving on to your next one.  You will be able to tell that your aligners do not fill well (and will not be able to work effectively) whenever there are air gaps in between the aligner and your teeth.  If you happen to notice any of those gaps, we advise you to use "chewies."  They are small cylindrical cushions that are made out of Styrene Copolymer, which is a plastic-like material.  If you bite down on chewies a couple of time per day for 5 to 10 minutes, it will help with seating the aligner.  What the means is that the aligner will fit against your teeth tightly.  When you use chewies on a regular basis it will increase the chances that your treatment finishes on schedule.      3. Use attachments There is more to an Invisalign treatment plan than just aligners.  In order for the effectiveness of your aligners to be maximized, we at Queen Square Clinic place attachments strategically on certain teeth.  What attachments are tooth-colored small dots of dental bonding, which is a white filling material.  Because aligners are removable, sometimes they may slip when certain movements are attempted.  In those circumstances, you can use attachments as an anchor for helping the aligners achieve a better grip with your teeth.  How well the color of the bonding matches your tooth colorand where they are placed will determine who visible the attachments are.  Generally speaking, they are not easy to see.       4.  Understand How Important IPR Is Depending on your teeth's current arrangement and the movement that is needed for creating a perfect smile, it might be necessary for use to conduct an interproximal reduction (IPR).  This is gentle sanding done in between your teeth in order to make more space.  Most dentists use a computer modelling tool which identifies where more space is needed for the occlusion (bite) or alignment.  In addition it tells us precisely the amount of space that is needed.  The IPR procedure is very safe and provide your teeth with the room needed for moving into the positions that are ideal for them. 5.  Consider using the PROPEL system This is an in-office 5 minute procedure where a virtually painless, small puncture is made in the bone where it is desired to have accelerated tooth movement.  When PROPEL is used, your treatment time may be reduced by up to 60%.  Historically, orthodontic treatment has focused on mechanical systems that place precise and gentle forces on your teeth in order to create the tooth alignment that is desired. The focus of the PROPEL system, by contrast is on biological response and is similar to your teeth receiving acupuncture.     6.  Wear your retainer Having Invisalign treatment done is a big investment in energy and time.  Therefore, maintaining your ideal smile represents a very important, life-long commitment that you will want to make after your treatment has been completed.  Wearing your retainer is the best way of doing this.  Patients who fail to wear their retainers regularly frequently experience orthodontic relapse, where the teeth shift slowly back into their original position.  When you wear your retainers, it provides the structures that support your newly aligned teeth with the time needed for settling into place.  Immediately following the completion of your Invisalign treatment, it is strongly recommended that you wear your retainer constantly.  After your teeth have had the chance to stabilize, you will be able to reduce the time that you wear your retainer to just at night, and then one or two times per week.

However, although its effect is both natural and sustainable as is the case after another surgery teeth like dental facet pose, on compliance with certain instructions related to eating habits is essential. http://www.clinique-esthetique-tunisie.fr

Smoking and taking alcohol is a very common thing today. In almost each and every party you will find people having alcohol and cigarettes. This has become a trend today and specially among youngsters. Their party is totally incomplete without liquor. Some people have the habit to drink alcohol on daily basis and most of them drink limitless. Some people have the habit of smoking and they smoke regularly. As we all know these things are really dangerous not only for our body but also for our teethes health. Thus we must ignore having these things or we should take these things only occasionally. Why you should stop smoking? There is a straight forward answer to your question is that it is bad for your health and as well as to your teeth. Tobacco contains nicotine and the smoke contains carbon which gets stuck to your teeth and start causing cavity slowly. These things also generate huge amount of bacteria into your mouth. Suppose you took a cigarette and smoke it, soon after that you will either take a candy or something else to chew this is the time when you double the bacteria because smoke already caught up your teeth and then the candy give them a boost. Also the presence of nicotine will start building up on your teeth and thus it starts developing cavity. As you see the symptoms just find a dentist and get inspected. Why you shouldn’t take alcohol? Alcohol is said to have a huge amount of demerits not only on your body but also to your teeth and thus it is recommended to quit taking alcohol or either take it occasionally. The chemicals present in alcohol decompose everything on its surrounding and the same happens to your teeth and gums. People who take alcohol regularly have smaller teeth when compared to normal people. This is because of the alcohol that they take. Since alcohol have the ability to get absorbed at a high speed and this is the reason why it gets absorbed by the gums and teethes and thus causes a huge damage to dental things. Also the soda that is present in it starts to decompose the surface of the teethes. You can do a small experiment, take a bottle of soda and drink it, don’t swallow it just keep it in your mouth for as long as you can keep. Now swallow it and you will start feeling something on your teeth. You will feel as if they are burned up. This is the effect of soda on your teethes. You just have to search for “Dentist Near me” on Google and you will easily find many.

Every now and then one of our clients gets a negative review online. It's obviously not a fun experience to get negative feedback, but of course it needs to get addressed. Through collaboration with the doctor, we respond to these negative reviews for our clients. I think it's a positive thing that we broker these responses on behalf of the clients as it takes the desire for a knee-jerk reaction out of the equation. If you don't have an agency around to help you our in writing these reviews, here's our step-by-step guide! Take a moment and a deep breath. Walk away from the keyboard if need be! You do NOT need to respond immediately, though a timely response is crucial - within 24-48 hours. Read the review, in full, 2-3 times. Make sure you pick up on any nuances. Investigate. If you don't remember this patient, look up their chart and any notes you may have. If the review calls out any other office employees, make sure you gather information and their side of the story as well. Step out of Defensiveness and into Self-Realization. Try and be impartial. Take a step back from the immediate need to defend yourself, your business, or their observations/accusations. With all of your information from Step 3, take a moment to see what YOU could have done differently. Sometimes the answer is nothing. Sometimes the answer may result in a shift or change of the way things happen at your office. This could be process, procedure, staff, language, etc. Billing and financial frustrations are the leading generator of negative reviews. Make sure you protect yourself by communicating clearly to patients and setting expectations! Please keep in mind that you are NOT answering this review to provide an explanation or defend your practice. Sometimes, doing the right thing for your business is not always the thing you want to do or feel is fair. Call them. Any time someone raises concerns about you or your practice, the most thoughtful approach can be to reach out directly to address their concerns. Read the rest of this blog to make sure you solidify an approach first! Calling a patient who is upset is the best course of action. Be a good listener and see if you can professionally settle the matter. If it gets settled, skip to Step #8. If it doesn't or they don't comply with Step #8, continue down this list to craft your reply. Be an active listener. This is the most important and hardest to do. Acknowledge their review. Apologize for their negative experience and let them know it's certainly not what you intended or how you like to run your business. **I want to be clear here, you are not apologizing for anything you did wrong, simply for their experience. Wording here is EVERYTHING!** Provide additional context where necessary, without violating HIPAA compliance. Don't talk about the specifics of their treatment plan, even if they do! Offer to make it right. This doesn't mean giving away the farm, but what it does mean is extending an invite for them to come to the office to see a better side of you and the practice if they are up for it. Even if you gave them the best side to begin with, they obviously don't feel that way! Sometimes this may mean offering a full or partial refund. That's okay, too. Even if it doesn't feel great.  Gently ask for reconsideration, if appropriate. If a disgruntled patient takes you up on making it right, you may want to try and subtly say something like, "I'm a small business owner and reviews have a big impact on me and my business. I hope you can see my my desire to refund the difference to you as a step forward to make things right and I hope that you will consider updating your review and rating to reflect that." If said patient doesn't do it, don't push again. Asking once is enough and pushing may make things worse. Be proactive. At some point, you will receive a negative review. As my mom says, you can't make everyone happy all the time. It's going to happen, so be ready when it does and make sure you have a plan in place to be generating positive reviews across multiple valuable places. (Google, Yelp!, Facebook. A lot of patient management platforms, like LH360 and DemandForce, can generate reviews, but not in the places they are needed or seen.) The best approach to beating negative reviews is to dilute them with positive ones! Generating positive reviews isn't something you have to sit around and hope for. Using a review generating platform (We Recommend Podium) make sure you're asking patients who you know had a great experience to leave you a review.  If you have any additional questions or want to learn more, visit: wonderistagency.com or email me at laura.maly@wonderistagency.com
